Seared Scallops
£14Sweet pea purée, lemon thyme, brown butter.

A neighbourhood kitchen rooted in seasonal British produce — quietly ambitious cooking served in a room you'll want to linger in.
Our menu changes with what's growing. Here's a taste of what's gracing tables this month.

Sweet pea purée, lemon thyme, brown butter.

Slow-cooked 8 hours, soft polenta, red wine jus.

Aged parmesan, truffle oil, garden herbs.

Sun-ripened tomatoes, basil, cold-pressed oil.

Cherry reduction, glazed root vegetables.

Dark chocolate, gold leaf, sea salt.

A decade of cooking from the heart.
The Hearth & Table started as a Sunday supper club run from a converted barn just outside Ashford. Ten years on, we're a 38-cover restaurant still cooking with the same instinct: source carefully, season honestly, and feed people the way we'd feed our family.
